08 / Checklist
We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, it falls on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track the schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is what we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
